So I am definitely a bit behind on the Pinterest front, I have been hearing about this site for so long but haven't bothered checking it out (probably because I find myself being a bit crowded with the social networks I already have) until I discovered that, yes, it might in fact be a cool idea. And also a good place to store my inspiration. And a place where you can get hints of what I am inspired by, since I frequently get questions about where my inspiration and ideas come from.

Ive now also decided to get one! Ive not got much on mine yet though, the reason i got one is i think it will help store inspiration for my graded unit (own project and subject choice) for college :)

ReplyDeleteInitially, I was also pretty skeptical about joining. It seemed like just another social network that would suck up more of my time while providing me with absolutely nothing to show for it. As it turns out, I was half right.
Pinterest is so so soooo addictive. Once you start pinning or looking through images, you just can't stop! The good thing is that you find tons of inspiration and pick up lots of cool things though.
Having an online bulletin board of sorts is pretty cool, especially if you don't have any way of keeping track of your inspiration in real life.
